IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Cancelled Wimberley City Council Meeting
Has Been Rescheduled for
5:30 pm Monday, August 27, 2018
The Wimberley City Council meeting postponed from last week is on again.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27 in City Council Chambers, 221 Stillwater.
The agenda has the same two items as the cancelled meeting:
- Discuss and consider possible action to modify the scope of the Central Wimberley Wastewater
Project.
- Discuss and consider possible action to fire Black Castle General Contractor (the company already building the City of Wimberley Wastewater Plant).
What has been added this time is a statement that the Council can go into Executive Session at any time, so be sure to bring a hat and some water. The last time Council went into Executive Session, it decided not to go into the usual chambers, and sent the public audience outside for quite a spell.
